- WHAT: 4 programs / 7 weeks of training for each program & 12 events (10K & 5K)

HATSA is a community fitness program that is based on an 8 week training cycle. We help to encourage, motivate, and inspire those that are looking to better themselves while providing a non-intimidating environment. If interested all you have to do is show up, wear matching socks, and we'll take care of the rest!
